Inside Dhaka: 48-hour delivery — ৳80 (free over ৳3,000).
Outside Dhaka: 3–7 working days via Pathao / Steadfast — ৳150 flat.
We pack every ceramic piece in three layers of bubble-wrap inside a double-walled carton. If anything arrives broken, send us a photo within 48 hours and we replace it free.
