Is urgent delivery possible?
Inside Dhaka it is possible within 24 hours. In that case an extra delivery charge is added and half of the product price needs to be paid in advance.
If I don't like it, can I return it?
If you have a valid reason to dislike the product, then yes you can. If there is any damage, we do a replacement or refund.
Are your products handmade?
Some are handmade, some are imported, and some are made under renowned brands. We only sell A-Grade products — no replica or B/C grade.
Do you have a showroom?
No, we don't have a showroom yet. We do home deliveries only.
